So i just did a change out on my ignitor and ballast on my driver side.. and im getting a lot of flickering at the beginning and gradually changes color to white.. and something goes all the way out again.. i did check all connections.. didnt see anything wrong,but the ballast does make this sort of humming noise but the passenger side doesn't.. any ideas???

 

bump... cmon any one has gone thru this.. possible short or something??
