I heard it may be ignitor or a loose connection or a bad ballast. Try switching ballasts to troubleshoot first.

I'm not sure where the ignitor is or where to buy one tho.. wish I could see a pic.

the ignitor is the wire that runs from the ballast into the inside of the headlight it actually holds the bulb... switch ballast to the opposite side to troubleshoot, if thats not your problem do the same thing with the ignitors. You can easily unplug the ignitor from the ballast just lift up the rubber piece around the top of the ballast you should see the connector. More than likely its the Ignitor. Wouldnt hurt to check the bulb too while your at it.

If all this yields no result each headlight has a ground that is mounted to the frame of the car ( follow the wires).. wouldnt hurt to make sure your still getting a good ground on the side not coming on ... Correct me if Im wrong but im pretty sure im right.
