My HFL just stopped working in my 04 TL. Whenever a call comes in, I get the ringtone prompt. But, when I pick up the call, it is dropped. I have an LG Dare that I have been using with the system for the last 18 months with no problem. So, I didn't think it was the phone.

I tried to make a call to a number stored in my phonebook, and the system couldn't find it. I went into Phonebook and said "List" and I was told that the Phonebook is empty. I then went into "Store" and was told that the Phonebook is full. I ran the diagnostic thru my Navi, and there were no red flags. I went into System and tried to clear the settings to start from scratch, but after it said it was starting the clear process, it just never stopped and I had to restart the car to get out of it.

The talk and cancel buttons seem to work fine. The phone is paired. I do get ringtone prompts. The system just keeps dropping calls and can't seem to access the phonebook.

Anyone have any suggestions? I just hit 52,000 miles, so I believe I'm out of warranty.
