Hesitation accelerating in low RPMs

I have a 2005 Acura TL 261k miles 6MT. I have 0 codes. The car runs great when I get the rpms close to 3500 or 4k RPMs and step on it but before that especially from a stop the car feels pretty laggy. I mean just keeping up with traffic laggy. I changed my coils spark plugs and cleaned the throttle body and still didn't help. I really have no issue with the car besides this.

rev the piss out of the car!
it makes the most power up top!
below 4500 RPM the car only makes like 100-150 horsepower

Haha alright I love this car otherwise. I just want to kind of baby it sometimes in the lower rpm ranges because of how many miles it has on it. It's by far the nicest car ive ever had. I bought it it with almost 260k miles. It shocked me how smooth/well it drove with how much mileage it had. I want to drive this car into the ground.

check your oxygen sensor stats and make sure they aren't being "lazy"

In the meantime of waiting for my clutch kit and flywheel and other parts I decided to do a valve adjustment. I have no idea how long it has been since its been done and it really smoothed out the acceleration especially in the lower rpms. I thought the car already sounded smooth at idle but now it even sounds smoother.
