Hendrick Acura + TSB: 08-031 (Timing belt Chirp) =
GOODWILL CONSIDERATION! Hendrick Acura rocks!!!! Turns out the chirp was in fact the TSB that i found (thanks to everyone on here, research and a process of elimination) they waived the diagnositic fee, put me in an '09 TL loaner and called me every time they had an update. This is a TRUE dealership!!

Damn I wish Hendrick had an Acura place here close to Cary!
We have Hendrick Dodge and all of that, but I am stuck with Leith Acura. Leith is okay...they are nice, but they don't know how to return a phone call!
How was the loaner?

it was OK. i like the body lines MUCH better in the 04+. the interior is ok also, i wouldnt break my bank to go buy the new '09, just my .02 worth...

Hey JimiThng - I'm in the exact same boat as you with my 06 TL with 58k on it. How far out of warranty is your TL?
Also, I'll give Hendrick a try! I've used Leith twice, and both times they have been HORRIBLE. Did you have to go to a an Acura regional manager? Or just work with the Hendrick people?

my car just started making a noise and it sounds like A belt
it used to happen while the car is on, but now it just hapens when i press the gas for the most part
u think that would fall under the timing belt TSB?
im concerned cause my car has only 28K miles
