Helppp!!! APP SENSOR REPLACED WITH NO HELP!!

APP SENSOR has been replaced today and my Acura 2006 TL will not accelerate it will only drive about 15 to 20 miles an hour it actually starts off in 2nd gear and will not go into first the cable is tightened and it feels as though the title is not getting enough power to this be a fuse of some sort? I was fixing a short that came from my AC compressor that cause my windows and wipers and gauges to go out after that was fixed that's when the acceleration pedal would not let me go fast anymore immediately after that. I don't know what else to do please help!!

would you mind telling us what ended up being the prob with your car? I've got the same code and can't for the life of me figure this out!! I managed to track down a manufacturer flow chart for diagnosing the U0107 DTC but got to the point where it tells you to swap out the TAC module with a known good one TWO different times.. like basically going thru the chart and doing EVERY step after i tried going thru it the way it's intended (for example it'll say if you've got continuity on pin 26 of PCM connector B then go to step 37 and if you don't go to step 8)..i followed the chart the way it said to begin with then just went thru every number and everything checked out good as far as the wiring it had me test with multimeter! anyway, i got a TAC module off eBay and it still throws the U0107 code (I've gone back thru the tests with the new module) and I don't have a clue what 2 try next!? ANYONE'S help would be IMMENSELY appreciated!!
oh yeah btw my car has an aftermarket alarm system installed and whoever put it in did a hack job with the wiring but it's been like that since i got it in 2011. i did notice that there's a green wire coming from the alarm module that just looks chopped off and i can't find another green wire anywhere that could connect to it but I'm thinking it's prob always been that way bc in the instructions for the alarm it shows the green wire being an optional accessory so it must not have been needed and they just snipped it?

have you ruled out the car battery?

seems like the few threads about this indicate that is a top cause.
