Preheat your oven to 375°.
When ready, place your car on two baking sheets...I kid...I kid.
Good luck with it...sorry.

I don't know what's best, but I would shop-vac the hell out of everything. Start on one section, move to another; then work your way back to the first section multiple times until you're not getting any more water.

Then, depending on the humidity level outside and the amount of sun, I would open all the windows and doors and let it air dry for days.

Can you have insurance pay someone to remove the carpet and air dry everything?
If there is a puddle of water under the carpet, it'll take forever to dry.

Wet vac the shit out of it. Use towels or an absorber to suck up the remaining moisture. Once its dry shampoo it. Maybe even some Woolite or any fabric cleaner with the word "oxy" in it. That'll help with the smell. Test for color fastness first. It'll take some time so be patient.

Did you check the trunk of the car for moisture?

The Navi drive is located on the right side of the trunk floor-- you might want to check for signs of moisture.
