do you have a camber kit?
dropping more than an inch and half messes up the geometry of the suspension.
you'll need a camber kit to get it back into spec.
which means you'll need to go back and get another alignment

Did you check your tire pressure? That can happen when one tire is low, and can especially notice it on little to moderate bumps in the road.

So has your car been doing the "thing" since the alignment? Both happened recently. Maybe they messed something up (like failure to completely tighten down a component)?

Does it always happen on the same stretch of freeway? I've noticed on our stock TL that this happens on a particular stretch of Freeway near our home. It's about a 1/2 to 1 mile section. It wanders side to side also. I have not noticed that it does this anywhere else.
