help no 3rd 4th on 6mt

I have a 2006 6mt and for some reason I can’t figure out the issue of why I can’t get into third and 4th gear all other gears fine. I did some research and apparently these cars have a 3rd 4th clutch pressure switch or something of the sort can someone possibly help me in specifically figuring out my issue

Refer to the attachment. Others will recommend you try ACDelco 10-4014 Friction Modified Synchromesh Manual Transmission Fluid.

Do they grind? Does the shifter move into the gates but not into the gears? Is the shifter unable to even move into the gates?

That's what I was getting at...
MAYBE the syncros given that it's only 3rd and 4th...I think there was a TSB on it but I would TRYYYYY the GM Syncromesh fluid ASAP and see what's what...
I've read where it cured the 3rd gear pop.
My only reasoning for maybe not clutch is why only those 2 gears.
