So yeah i got all new pads and rotors for my 04 tl auto. Stopping is great but there is an awful loud squeek when i come down below 20 mph, Anybody know of this and what are soem potential causes of this? Some fixes if known,, they are stock oem rotors on hawk pads, WHATS UP??? It sounds terrible

 

You have new rotors? Thats wierd it shouldnt be squeeking.......hmm

 

Did you bed the rotors and pads?

 

I am guessing you either tried to interpret hawks limited instructions on th ebox- or didnt bed them at all
try this method- I helped write and test it on my 01TL
read carefully and follow exactly- do not come to a full stop with brakes on while hot!!!
