Help with Lowering Subframe to Remove Rack

I did a rack replacement years ago and followed this guy's video:

At the 7:14 mark right after he talks about removing the wishbone bolt from the control arm, he says that he removed two motor mount bolts, but I don't know what he's referring to and don't want to screw something up? In the comments to his video, someone wrote:

"FYI, if you disconnect the motor mounts from the frame (one near P/S pump, one above transmission - NOT the ones that attach motor to subframe) the whole motor/trans will drop with subframe. Just make sure the subframe is supported in the back. In my case I used floor jacks on both sides. No fighting the motor mounts or using pry bars... and screwing up the rigid powersteering lines on the rack itself - coming out or going in. Drop the subframe just enough and the rack comes right out."

I like the idea of the comment above, but I only have one floor jack to support the subframe and am not sure which bolts to remove from the motor mounts he mentions?

Then as a third option from the Service Manual (see below) it makes no mention of motor mounts but instead says in #17 to remove the front suspension subframe right middle mounting bolts (passenger side). Assume that means just those two in the picture and leaving the one that is attached vertically?

Then in #18 it looks like it's saying to remove the same bolts on the left side but ALSO the vertical bolt and the whole mounting?

Long story short: I only have one floor jack to support the subframe and would like a suggestion on which path to pursue that would be easiest and where to locate the floor jack to support the subframe. As I said, I did this with the first guy's video years ago but I was younger and dumber then. Now I'm older, have bitten off more than I can chew, and am more freaked out about the engine or tranny coming loose/falling.

Many thx!

Wishbone bolt is this one that connect the shock to the lower control arm. It's the part that's an upside down U, this is what it looks like off the car, the shock goes in the top, the bolt goes in the bottom (he mentions this at 7:24 and shows the fork bolt):

The other mounts, i think the front and rear mount don't need to be removed only the side one as it hooks the engine to the side rail and not the subframe like the front and rear mounts do.

Thx for the feedback. I think what the guy who commented below that video was actually referring to #17 & #18 in the service manual screenshot I attached in my last post. In the video I referenced and in another one I watched, I don't believe either one of them removed the two front suspension subframe middle bolts and only removed the vertical ones. Doing so creates a lot more room to pull the rack through so hoping I won't need to futz with prybars or remove the wishbone to pull it through. The only thing that looks like it might be tight is getting it past the rear motor mount bracket, but based on the service manual, you shouldn't have to touch the side motor mount or the bolts that attach the rear motor mount to the subframe.

Here's another good video I watched that wasn't around when I did this 7 years ago:

One mistake I made both times was not disconnecting the feed and return lines while the car was on the ground and only after it was on jack stands. I was too lazy to put the wheels back on and lower it which made it much harder to reach down and disconnect the 17mm return line flare nut. Speaking of which, since I couldn't get a 17mm flare nut wrench around the return hose to mate it to the fitting, I had to resort to using a standard 17mm wrench to crack it. I know you risk rounding the nut, but I didn't have any other option.
