Help-engine noise

good morning everyone, please help find out what this engine noise is? I am worried it might be a belt or something. I have a 2007 type s with 113k miles BTW

is the noise happen when the engine is warming up and once warm up the noise gone?

Is it louder closer to the throttle body side of the engine?

if the throttle is on the passenger side, then this would be correct
