So my car has been making a weird creaking noise for the past couple months and i just can't stand the sound. I've gone in to get it checked and was told that nothing needed replacing. Just came here to check if anyone else has experienced a sort of creaking noise. The noise comes whenever Im getting on to my driveway, turning into a parking stall or going over decently sized bumps/speedbumps.

Where is the general area the creak is coming from? We need more information than just when it happens.

 

Almost impossible for us to know what it is without looking at it, but I recommend checking all the usual suspects. Look for loose Endlinks, torn ball joints, leaking struts, or damaged springs.

 

My guess would be ball joints or tie rod ends dried out look for torn boots try rocking the car open the window and push up on the car window opening and get it rocking see if that will make the noise come to life

 

Always coming from the front of the vehicle, generally near the wheels

 

I have a creaking noise too. can not figure it out either. It is only when I turn at low speeds and appears to be worse on hot days.
