How did it happen?

Only on the passenger side? I don't think "acid rain" discriminates.

Either something interesting happened, or it's all over the car, or it might just be water spots.

Pics and more of the story will help us help you.

I've used Acetone in the past, but here's something interesting, but have never given it a try:

I think something else is going on because there would be acid rain all over the car, not just on the passenger side window. I suspect someone put something on your window that etched or something.

Try acetone or isopropyl alcohol to try to remove it.

i think it was caused by the sprinklers in my grass and every time it would go of it would hit that window..and i tried taking pics but you cant see it in the picture do to my tinted windows and glare..they do look like water spots but there really in there ive tried a razor blade and nothing.

Could be hard water spots from the sprinklers.

Try using a clay bar, or a white vinegar diluted in water to remove it. You can use 0000 grade steel wool too. Duragloss also has a water spot remover (#505), but I haven't tried it.

None of that will damage your windows. I like the clay bar and vinegar though.
