Question Headlights won't turn off

Got a strange one for here, my headlights will not shut off in the car. Normally they shut off after 30 seconds. But now they are not shutting off at all, even with the following under hood fuses pulled.

1,3,4,5,6

Any ideas to first and foremost just get them off, and secondly to actually resolve the problem?

I should state that the car is off, keys removed, fuses removed, light switch off, still have lights on....

Hold up, with the car off and headlight switch off and fuse pulled? Your car is haunted.

how about some insight on the year, model, and any upgrades to Any system that involves electrical

ultimately, they're still being fed directly by the battery, however the wiring may be, it's the only option unless you have a sound system with caps that's crossed somewhere

Ok, update. I missed a fuse, number 10 for the daytime running lamps. As for info, it's a 2005 Acura TL, 119k miles, just bought it last week.

So now at least my battery won't run dead tonight. Still looking for ideas on what the root of the problem may be???

Anyone have any thoughts on how to troubleshoot this?

End result as of now is that I have gotten them to turn off but pulling the under-hood fuse number 10.

I would like to get to the root of the problem rather than just leaving a fuse out. I couldn't find anything here or anywhere online about this problem... Still seeking advise!

Sorry to say, take it to a professional. I've never heard of such a problem.

By headlights, do you mean the actual low beam HID headlights, or the high beam lights? or both..? If you've narrowed it down to the DRL fuse, then chances are, you have a short in the DRL wires somewhere that's completing the circuit. (Or your headlight actuator might be faulty?)

Hate to bring up an over 10 year old thread but did you ever figure out the issue for this? Currently having the same issue with my Daytime running lights on my 08 TL base model. Besides removing the fuse, nothing else i've tried is working.
