Headlight projector wiggle

I just got some OEM TL-S headlights yesterday and 1 has a flaw on the silver ring around the headlight, so they are replacing it.. I noticed today the 2nd headlight has a slight wiggle to it. It's not bad at all, it sounds worse than it appears to move because of the plastic, but I can't tell if it will be a problem with light passing through over a long distance.

Is this slight wiggle normal? Any other people experienced with headlights? The whole projector has a slight wiggle. You can see the lens move just slightly but its not bad. Not sure if I will notice it or not.

Is there anyway to fix it? open the headlight and tighten down the projector?

Thanks

It should not have that "wiggle", are the alignment screws in there and actually making contact?

I don't know where the alignment screws are located but the screws that I can see and put a screw driver on, are tight.

Dealer said they are going to replace it. I'm glad.

Thanks. Now the waiting game. shipping. arg. Oh well, I have connectors to get and painting to do. Not sure which day. It takes a long time to get everything together. I bought all the front grill pieces locally at a dealer that advertised the usual wholesale prices online, and one of the chrome pieces had a flaw in it. So I had to exchange that too. All these are Genuine OEM Honda. I'm sort of amazed I have had so many little issues with getting undamaged parts from Honda. Oh well, at least the dealers are working with me. GM dealers probably would not. I got the headlights from Tim at Acura of Peoria. Replacements are coming. Takes a week per shot.

I received the replacement, and the replacement also has a flaw on the diffuser. It looks like a sticky decal left some residue.. But I cant open it it clean it.

This problem with receiving headlights that are not flawed is becoming a nightmare. Its causing delays in the project, and stress on myself and I almost dont even know what to say about it.

One headlight had a wiggle in the projector, and the other had a flaw in the HID silver ring around the headlight itself. I recieved 1 headlight as a replacement that has this "decal remains" on the diffuser (so it is also flawed) and I am waiting on the 2nd replacement for the one with the wiggle in the 2nd headlight. And That one has not even left the dealership yet because FED EX does not see the trackign number!

So, it's taking FOREVER to get a quality product. Make mental Note!! Consider buying locally even if it cost a bit more.

So I have 3 headlights sitting here at my desk and all of them have issues. The decal thing is not as bad as the rest, but it should be right for OEM product. The only thing good is that Tim is working with me on shipping. They have footed the bill on return shipping as well as the new ones that are being delivered.
