Exclamation Headlight problems!!!

I got into an accident and had the car fixed but ever since my headlights havent been as bright. Last night i was driving on a really dark road and i noticed that the beam pattern was off. So i pulled into a parking lot and saw my passenger side light is aiming higher than the drivers side anyone know how to level the lights. The lights are even from left to right and off up and down i noticed a couple off holes under the hood that say turn are these used to adjust this and if so is there a special tool please help.

Your driver side light is supposed to be a bit lower - it's to help keep from blinding on-coming traffic.

There are, I think, two slightly different patterns, but basically some thing like this:

Check your aim though, as Ron A suggested.
