Hey guys my right side headlight does not sit flush with the fender like my left side.Is there a way to adjust this or did the headlight not line up with the hooks of the fender???

Both the fender and headlight assembly are adjustable. Should only need to adjust the headlight, loosen all of the bolts and hold it where you want, then re-tighten. Have an extra pair of hands help you if needed.
