Sounds like the headlight wasn't sealed properly. You may have to crack it open to allow it to dry and re-seal it.

Happens a lot.

You might try to reseal them. If so, use the Nissan Butyl Rubber sealant. You can buy a roll from the Nissan dealer for ~$25.

The other thing is the desicant packs. They are in the OE headlight to absorb mosture, but when you heat the lights to spearate them, it ruins the desicant pack. Ideally, you should replace the desicant pack before you reseal the headlight.

Front bumper removal is easily done in about 20 minutes. Just lay it on something like a blanket to protect it from scratches.

No idea. A local member here had some, but I don't know where they come from.

I doubt that you have the same problem as he does. He actually had his headlights done by a local shop a year or so ago and they basically butchered the headlights, damaging almost every little bit of the silicone channel. I mended them to the best of my abilities and they were fine for almost half a year before one of them gave way to moisture :-/. Headlight is headed my way so that I can rectify the problem.

Here is what they use to look like, before and after.

Some "Before" pictures

This is how they rolled in, I thought the turn signal tint was for aesthetics but I was wrong, who ever worked on the headlights couldn’t fathom the idea of people looking at what was going on behind the tint so they installed it to cover the damage.

Broken turn signal reflector, broken main bezel, broken off chrome strip

My biggest issue, silicone channel all messed up all around the headlight

A 9005 HID kit was also installed in a 9006 opening and held in place with screws an metal strip.

The carnage continuous
