well after i got in the accident it still was working but i was driving around with no bumper.. snow storm came and worked for a few hours during it then it started flickering like a strobe light and turned off.. got a new headlight with new bulbs and ballast. headlight still down not turn on. fog and signal work though. does anyone know whats the issue?
