outside haze you can diy with a drill and a special plastic polish and buffer wheel

If its getting inside,, the seal on the lens is leaking water in- which will drip down onto the ballast killing it

There was someone swapping out housings for $, search the threads, or check Garage section for DIY

Give JnC a PM. He does custom headlights and I believe uses a swap program.

I don't believe there is a PERMANENT fix. This is just something that happens to the plastic lenses due to the elements and UV.

there is! Wetsand and polish the headlights to a perfect finish, then cover it using some 3M clear-bra and it'll protect the plastic from hazing over!

If it is outside there is a fix. I do this to headlights all the time. Start with an 800 grit sand paper and wet sand the headlight, then move to a 1000 and spend twice the time wet sanding, lastly finish with 2000 grit sanding at twice the time of the 1000. Now you should have barley noticeable scratches. Always sand in one direction. Then get some 3M rubbing compound and follow directions. This will take out the fine scratches. Then I finish with Maguiers Plastix. If you don't know how to wet sand find someone who does.

+1, reason why the haze keeps coming over is because the protective clear coat that comes on the lenses form factory is gone from all the buffing. Once that goes the lenses oxidize very very quickly.

If your problem is only hazing then just buff them with a buffer and some PlastX, once you achieve the desired shine and clarity cover the headlights with 3M clear bra, do not use anything else then the clear bra as other products tend to use adhesive that interacts with the plaxy glass lenses and causes spider webbing.

Although I do offer swap options but its only for OEM condition headlights

The better alternative imo is to re-clear the lens with high quality, high solids 2K clear coat. You don't have to worry about it afterward, and it will look great.
