lately I have been noticing that when I'm parked and the car is off and locked, the headlights flicker. As far as I know it is only when I leave the headlights on. For years I have always left them on and as soon as I would lock the car and hear the chime they would turn off and stay off. Its not a bid deal at the moment but I want to address the issue now in case they begin to flicker as I drive. So far the have not flickered while driving. It has been flickering while parked for months now. Has anyone had this issue I searched for about 30 min but could not find a similar issue.

 

Clean your battery terminals.

Something as simple as a drop in voltage could be causing some confusing electrical issues. Also,is it both headlamps or just a single side?

 

^right, fatfrii will have to do some trouble shooting to help narrow down the cause.

 

is is both sides..battery is pretty new but I will clean terminals and retighten both.
