The housing is cracked and thus allowing water in. It will sit there and obstruct the headlights function. If enough gets in, it will lead to corrosion in the light and wiring. You will have to replace it. By an Acura part, most of the aftermarket lenses do not have a quality hardcoat and will haze over in a year or two.

thanks, do you know if it is possible to purchase the lens by itself without having to buy a whole new headlight?

Rockauto has two suppliers headlight assembly's (no lamp/ballast, just the plastic bits) for about $280 each. I'm not sure how much an Acura part would be, but I'd guess about $600 each.

Personally, I'd opt to find a junk yard part. That way you'll get an Acura part for ~ $100 You might have to hunt a bit.

is it just me or does that not look like condensation. looks like a very hazy and un-taken care of headlight.
