Headlight condensation now low beam doesn't work

I've read a couple threads here about this issue but not 100% sure how to address it. I recently got some modded headlights. They appeared to be sealed well. Drivers side is fine. Passenger had condensation, 2 days later (this morn) the passenger HID will not light up I believe its the igniter but I'm more concerned about the condensation causing this issue. What should I check for exactly?
