I was hoping to see if anyone could shed some light on the issue. Way back when, I believe, Acura of Bellevue, swapped out my left lens and so they've been out of alignment since. However, I can't seem to adjust them any further up; i've tried push and turning and turning and turning and turning...doesn't wanna go up. I think i'm doing it right??? 45 degree angle INTO the fender...something's turning..............

you would have to open the headlight and fix one of the corner supports which is a ball/socket kind of support. I have seen them broken on a few TL headlights that I have worked on.

 

bring your TL back to the dealership and have them look at them.
they're the one who installed the headlight right??

 

Either those supports are broken, or just not mounted properly which will not allow for aligning

I say take it back to the dealer and have them get it fixed for ya

 

correct, but i figured they'd charge me for it? they originally installed it under warranty...and well, that's long gone now! haha but hey, i'll give it a shot!
