Headlight adjustment

For the life of me I cannot easily access the adjustment for the headlights... I had the headlights out a couple of days ago to make the switch to leds and saw where the bolt for the adjustment is but when the headlights are back in the car I just cannot seem to access that screw easily without having to take the headlights out again? I've seen this manual Pic (below) but I can't seem to find that hole the manual is talking about... almost like it doesn't exist.

There are holes in radiator support and plastic engine bay trim (is you put it back in) where you can put the screw driver in. It's kinda tricky to see but once you get on what angle to put the screw driver in it's really simple.

The access is one issue. If you haven't touched it for a long time, there may be problem with moving the screw.
