07-08 TL is a different transmission, I think it uses 3 or 4 shafts vs the 2/3 that the 04-06 trans uses. Some folks swap out to accord V6 trans.

I think you are confusing your transmissions, I believe the only BAYA transmissions come out of 2006-2007 V6 Accords; the 2008 transmissions will not bolt up to your engine as they have a different mounting plane.

I would recommend the same thing virtually everybody else around here recommends, a BAYA transmission from a 2006-2007 Honda Accord V6. If you search this site you will find many threads on the subject.

If you want to swap in an 06-07 AV6 BAYA trans then you need to have a trans shop do the valve body mod using translab shift kit to widen the valve body channels with higher tension springs. The OEM valve body has a design flaw that allowed the trans fluid to seep through and overheat the torque converter. I've already done a trans rebuild on my 07 AV6 so I'm aware of this.
