Getting in front of repairs 260k 2004 tl / reman tranny

My 2004 tl car has over 270k miles.

Engine runs great. Can't see any gunk. Have used synthetic from day 1.

Tranny went at 260k. After long deliberation, put a remanufactured one in and it runs better them ever. Got a 3 year / 100k warranty. Glen Bernie transmissions, they are great btw.

I love this car again. It's never run better. The started went last month. So now stranded twice in 3 months.

Just wondering what proactive repairs would you do on this car? I'm due for my 2nd timing belt. Well past due, but I do run lots of highway miles. I got the first one at 125,000 miles.

My radiator leaks a little at the overflow. I patched it up, but still an issue.

Interests in your thoughts.

My Radiator leaks at the same place! Always keep some coolant in the trunk and watch that needle! I didn't think it was that big of a problem, and I put water in last month temporarily instead of coolant! It evaporated and my needle went to 7/8 to H and there was steam coming from under the hood, its a good thing I found a gas station or there could have been serious damage.

I would replace the alternator, and check if battery cables are corroded. I would also do the APP sensor just in case.
