Front Passenger turn signal blinks inverted to other lights... The Fak?

Front Passenger turn signal blinks inverted to other lights... The Fak?
When I bought my '04 TL, the right turn signal flashed fast, but seeing as I bought the car while on leave (I'm in the army), I couldn't go to a Honda dealer to get it looked at. Ive been trouble shooting this for awhile...
Here's the problem:
When you use the right turn signal, it flashes fast.
-I changed both the front and rear signal bulbs out to no avail...
When you use the hazards, both sides flash normally, but here is the weird part...
The front passenger side blinks on when the other 3 are off, and turns off when the other 3 blink. After I noticed this, I switched back to just the right turn signal and looked at the car from the side as to see both bulbs blinking and, lo and behold, they are blinking inverted to each other...
Any Ideas?
