Fog lights don't come on

Last night I turned on the foglight switch and, neither one of the fogs came on.
I just checked the fuse under the hood, looks good.

My car doesn't have the panel under the dash but I found this pic of the fuses under the dash

#3 says DRL, is that also fog?

From the service manual I have it says -

Fog Lights / daytime running lights relay Ref 1, Terminal 4.

I just removed the panel under the steering column.

TIA

It's not your fault (or being a noob), I posted this too quickly. There are two boxes under the hood. The smaller one closer to the the passenger side is called "Multi Relay" box and the larger once closer to the driver side is called "Under-Hood Fuse/Relay" box.
In the "Multi Relay" box there are two relays. According to what I see the one on the left (closer to the passenger side) controls the fog / DRL lights.
In the "Under-Hood Fuse/Relay" box Fuse #10 works with the Fog Lights relay, Fog Lights.

Hopefully this is more clear and makes more sense.

Reading that guys thread confused me a bit.
I checked the fuse in this picture here, the one in front of the intake arm bend

There is a box to the right of that, I think that is the other box you are referring to?

In the other thread, he also located the "fog light relay"
which looks like this

That's not what I want right?

Found it and replaced it. Thanks!

When I took it out there as a loose piece inside. I replaced it with another relay in the car and it works. (see my bzzzzt thread)
