Fog light problem

So I recently upgraded my drls to led, put a harness etc on it. just last week I went to the dealership and got my oil changed. but recently about the same time that I got the oil change
my fog lights have been acting up. I start the car but the fogs won't turn on until I drive a bit. even so only my driver side turns on and after a while the passenger side would turn on.

my fog lights are hid, also with a harness. usually to turn on both fogs I would have to flip the fog switch off and on or else just the driver side would turn on.

Now would this be a battery problem? or just a bad fog light connection. The weather here is also been really cold the past week -20 to -48.

Could be an issue with the harness.
VLEDS sells plug and play LED fogs. I've never understood why there needs to be a harness for foglights

HID Fogs eh? Did you install them yourself? How are they wired up?

the delay upon turning them on sounds like an electrical problem associated with either the ballast or the wiring.
recheck your work.

Yes I installed them myself. used a relay harness. I've had them on for 4 months or so now so they worked quite well before hand only thing was that I had to flip the fog switch to make them both work. But now it's acting funny.

If it's been that cold, its possible its too cold for the ballasts or ignitors to light up the bulbs.

I solved this problem, it was the ground wire. The bolt in which the ground was attached to was not properly tightened. It mustve unloosened itself when i did my drls. Thanks anyways guys
