Angry Fixed the poop magnet, but new problems...

So, 11 days and $3,700 out of pocket later, I got my TL cosmetically fixed. But after parking on my drive way i pulled the e-brake and noticed that there was no tension to it at all, it felt as if a baby could pull the handle to the maximum angle... also the same day i had passengers in my backseat and one of them couldnt open the door. i figured that it was the mechanics accidentally triggered the child safety lock but upon further inspection, i came to the conclusion that the door handle inside the car has been unlatched. any ideas how these mechanics could have f-ed up my e-brake and door handle?

Inside door handles don't work... Beginner mistake when putting back the door panel. Give me 2 minutes on your car I'll have it working

And for e brake, you can adjust cable under the center console or use star adjuster in the rear brakes.

are you sure? im not sure what your car was in the shop for but there are a lot of reasons to remove the door panel. or worst case scenario its the green cable thing that ripped...somewhat common issue from removing door panels multiple times for these hondas/acuras. bring your car to the socal meet i'll check it for you

I just took it back to the collision center, and they fixed the door handle saying it was the baby lock... I don't know how but when I checked it it wasn't the lock and when they did it was... Now new problems is that my car has problems starting... The shop said it was a bad cell when they tested it and when I went to autozone they said the tests came out fine...
