Fan "mode" not working

So just noticed today while trying to change the mode on the vents that the driver's side doesn't switch no matter which "mode" I have it set to. Passenger side still works.

I mean I changed the cabin air filter 2wks ago, but don't see how that could mess things up. And just yesterday had the battery unplugged for maybe 10min. Anyone know what it could be?

One of the motors that directs the airflow went bad I'm assuming. Doesn't sound like a cheap fix

Never heard of this problem, even back when I was working at Honda. I'm assuming my luck kicked in and I have a pretty rare problem.

Welp at least I still have AC and fan controls...

Did an HVAC diagnostic (OFF & hit recirculation 5 times) didn't show anything wrong.

Take the IT approach and "turn it off and on again?" Meaning unplug the battery for 10 minutes and plug it back in? I'm just shooting in the dark really..

Well I did notice it AFTER I had unplugged the battery 2 days before for about 10min. Couldn't hurt to try I guess.

I checked all the fuse boxes and didn't notice anything regarding it, unless I overlooked it.
