Now the car won't lock. It will only open with the alarm but I have to close manually. Smh. You think it's the battery?

^I have no idea. I'm just saying that my car was doing the same thing and I replaced the battery and it was good to go afterwards.

I replaced mine with a Sears DIE-hard platinum series for around $100 and it's been great.

Or you could try the Kirkland Signature branded Battery!! I'm running one and its very good.

Will need replacing soon its about 5 years old. I haven't faced any electrical problems but I think they are like $85-90 bucks for their 72 month battery.

Alarm problem

Put your hand on the overhead console with the car off, there is a hands free link module under that console that is known to cause a parasitic draw and trigger the alarm. My problem turned out to be a combination of this and a faulty hood switch.
