Extended/Third-Party Warranty Question

I have a 2007 TL Type-S which I just finished paying off. When I bought the car I bought it with the 5 year/100,000 mile bumper-to-bumper warranty, which is now expired. The car only has 35,000 miles on it.

What are your thoughts on getting another warranty? Do I need it? Can I still get anything from Acura? If not, what are your thoughts on getting it from the various third-party companies? Any recommendations? I don't expect my driving habits to change in the near future and I am going to hang on to the car for another 3-4 years.

Thanks!

At 7k miles p/year, I'd forget about an extended warranty.
