Engine/Transmission Roughness

I have a 06 TL Auto with 30,000km. I find that when idling and when the engine is running at about 1500RPM there's a bit of a roughness. It's most pronounced when cruising in 5th gear at 1500RPM. I'm using Amsoil signature 5W20, have changed the transmission oil with DW-1 several times and even changed the spark plugs. It's also pretty rough when the engine is very cold and just started. Is this normal?

Motor mounts most likely. Also how does the thing only have 30k on it when it's over 10 years old?

That's what I was thinking. Are they adjustable or need to be replaced? I bought last year with only 10,000km. Was from an old man that never really drove it and was never winter driven either. It still smells new inside.

With that little distance on it, it's not as likely but it's still possible. Rubber degrades over time.

Is there a way to examine the rubber without removing them?

Not really. You might as well just swap them.

Would you have any idea how much that would be?
