I accidentally left my sunroof opened and my car got wet from the inside.
After drying it I noticed that the engine light came out and also the light on the D (drive) started flashing... Should I be worried? or could it be that water got into somewhere?

 

Hopefully you didn't fry your ECU...

 

It's unknown the amount of water that got in and where it went. If it were my car I would park it outside in the hot sun for a few days or more to do my best to try and evaporate all the water that could still be inside. I've seen this method resolve many customer who left their convertible top or sunroof open.
