Bro, you've started at least 4 threads about your transmission problem. We can't diagnose or fix it for you from a distance. There is a ton of information about transmission problems--dozens of threads with different issues and solutions. I suggest you get to work and search and learn about your car and it's issues, and cease starting a new thread for every question--you'll learn more, get better results, and get flamed less.
With that said, and in the interest of helping you, our TLs can have some transmission issues--especially the earlier 3G years like yours. So start with this:
1. Replace your 3rd and 4th gear pressure switches. These switches can cause shifting problems, and eventual transmission failure. Here's a DIY, or pay someone. https://acurazine.com/forums/3g-tl-2004-2008-93/110-b-diy-guide-replacing-3rd-4th-gear-pressure-switch-3g-tl-2007-2008-a-840630/
2. Start replacing your ATF (auto trans fluid). The experts here swear by DEX3 based fluids (Redline, etc.) because it has fewer friction modifiers (FMs) that stock Honda fluid so there is less time slipping (and wearing) during the shift. Three drain and fill changes replaces most of the fluid. They recommend doing this over time--so 1x3 means draining out 3 quarts, once. You can do this three times over a few months to gradually replace the fluid. Since you have an older car, I would suggest going very gradually.
If these things don't work, you may simply have a worn out transmission. 196K is a lot of miles, and if the transmission wasn't cared for in the ways described above, it may be worn out. If this is the case, you'll need to find a good shop to rebuild it.
Good luck!
