Engine bogs under electrical load

Hey guys, I have been having this problem with my TL where the engine bogs under certain electrical situations. When I start the car and after I switch it to drive or reverse still holding the brake the RPM's go down a few hundred rpm and the engine shakes the car for a few seconds until I accelerate. When I am stopped (In neutral, drive, or reverse) and switch on the A/C, roll up windows, or turn the steering wheel this will cause the engine to bog down further for a few seconds.

I am hoping this is an easy fix, any help would be appreciated.

-I feel like one of my engine mounts might be broken as well, im not sure if this would contribute to this problem because some of them are vacuumed?
-Alternator problem?
-electrical short?

Sounds like it might be a problem with the idle learn procedure, was the battery disconnected recently?

You could disconnect the battery, leave it off for about 10 - 15 minutes then reconnect it and start the car. Leave the A/C off and all of the electronics in the car (radio/etc) and let the car idle without turning the steering wheel for about 10-15 minutes.

This is so it can learn the idle position of the throttle body, afterwards your problem might be gone if it was a problem with the idle learn.
