Electrical help

2008 TL base
I swapped the fuse boxes under the hood a few weeks back to see if it was my electrical draw issues, I had error codes pop us (B codes) and I couldn't shift out of park. Swapped the fuse boxes back and it fixed my shift issues but now I get random b codes and my fuse box gets hot. Any help will be appreciated. I also switched to a yellow too battery and upon doing so I accidentally connected (or touched) the negative to positive and vice Versa and it sparked a bit. (Rookie mistake but it doesn't help that our cables are both black)

*engine bay fuse box gets hot (I do have my air management wires ran to it though...I smelled something burning today but couldn't figure out where from)
*interior lights blink occasionally
*auto locks won't work occasionally
*headlight message (but still works) occasionally

Regarding your drain issue, did you check the HFL?

Yes hfl was not the culprit it's already been unplugged. All codes have gone away, but I now have B10 1010 that only pops in my dash if the headlights are off.
