Electrical gremlins

Hey all, so recently I got back my car from the bodyshop after an accident and they replaced the whole driver side turn signal harness and fusebox along with other parts.

Now I am having problems with the door locking me out when the key is in the ignition after I open and close my door. I saw a few threads saying it was a loose wire from the 3 prong connector going to the door lock actuator or the actuator is broken. I've replaced the actuator and it still has the same problem and the wires look fine to me. I also did the B-Scan diagnostic on my navi screen to see if the MICU was bad but it showed up good.

My second problem is my Master window switch rolls down the Driver Rear window but does not roll it back up. Although after hitting the D.R. switch up a couple times I can hear the Passenger Rear Window clicking. So I roll the P.R. window down and somehow the D.R. Switch rolls up that window along with the P.R. switch.

I am baffled at this point and was wondering if this could deal with the body shop not grounding the wires right from the turn signal harness or fusebox.

Anyone have any leads to what else I should look at??

The only advice I have is to find the electrical manual on the car and read the section dealing with the Power window MICU from the driver side harness.

My suggestion is to take it back to the body shop and demand they fix it. Some of those guys are just hacks. We just hired someone a few weeks ago. The customer car had front end damage from running into a truck. This customer was also the dad of our top golden boy salesmen. Basically in the three weeks he was here he didn't finish one car. This guy had the dash ripped out, cut brake lines for some reason, and other dumb things not having to do with the accident.

Anyway he was fired/quit with the car unfinished. They had our hourly guy finish the car. We found that even with the car off the reverse lights would stay on. Long story short he traced the harness running up and through the front pillar. When he pulled down the panel he found the harness was all cut. Why? No one knows. He had no business being in there. The guy that did the work probably already has an idea what could be wrong or where he could have possibly pinched a wire. They are supposed to repair the car right not give you problems.

So to put closure on this thread. The bodyshop guy took apart the master window switch and found that two prongs were pushed in causing a bad connection. He pulled them back out and now my window switch works and my door doesn't lock me out when the keys are in the ignition.
