ECU/MICU codes...lots of them!

I've searched for a few hours now and have found individual threads, but can't land on a solution.

I'll start off saying my car runs great, everything works, except, the headlights randomly strobe when under acceleration, turns, or bumps. Hit and miss really. But, now my Traction control (VSA I believe?) and "!" Lights are on after I took it to a local shop to take a look and scan it. It came back with these codes:

ABS Codes
61-1 Battery Voltage Low
83-1 ECM Relation Failure
86-1 CAN Relation Failure
112-1 Internal Power Source Failure

Airbag Codes
81-61 No Signal From the Front Passenger's Weight Sensor
61-10 Open In Left Front Seat Belt Buckle Switch
85-61 No Signal From Occupant Position Detection System (OPDS) Unit

Body Electric (Including Gauge) - All Body Electrical Codes
B1831 Right Mirror Vertical Sensor Open
B1830 Right Mirror Horizontal Sensor Open
B1833 Left Mirror Vertical Sensor Open
B1832 Left Mirror Horizontal Sensor Open
B1840 Steering Column Tilt Pulse Failure
B1005 MICU Lost Communication w/ Relay Control Module
B1008 MICU Lost Communication w/ Gauge Control Module (A/T Message)
B1007 MICU Lost Communication w/ Combination Switch Control Unit (Headlight Switch Message)
B1006 MICU Lost Communication w/ Door Multiplex Control Unit (Door Lock Switch Message)
B1011 MICU Lost Communication w/ Gauge Control Module (VSP/NE Message)
B1010 MICU Lost Communication w/ Door Multiplex Control Unit (Panic Message)

So...I'm lead to think, since I've had the car for almost 2 years now, that most of this has happened before I became the lucky owner. But, everything has worked fine other than the lights strobing within the past 6 months. It's starting to happen more frequently. But, my other concerns are, are the air bag and such ok? Nothing pops up (except for the VSA and "!" and that JUST popped up after starting it leaving the shop.)

Help!!!

someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I think some of those codes are stored and weren't cleared.

Secondly, loose battery cables on the terminals or corroded battery cables could cause a whole host of electrical issues. A wonky connection to the battery can cause havoc on the electronics. I would suggest looking there first and seeing if that resolves anything.

Exactly what I was thinking. Also, I took the left headlight off (seems to be coming from this one) and started moving the wire harness around and it would cause it to strobe. But, nothing looks frayed or feels loose. I'm starting with the cheaper things and working from there. First will check the battery, then replacing the corroded terminal clamps, then new ballasts, then look into ripping out the wiring and replacing as needed.

Checked them. Replacing the positive one. Super corroded. See what happens. I'm thinking now it's the left ballast. Will find out if terminal helps anything.
