ebay fogs hid problem

i recently installed my ebay fogs on my 05 tl. i noticed whn i left my fogs on while going through touchless carwash it cracked the glass on the fog now theres a little hole on the fog where water can leak through.

the problem it wont turn on that side but if i keep switching my hidson and off theres times it will stay on and theres times itwill flicker then go out?

can this be the bulb?

i need help

im prob going to buy another set of the housing replace the one with the hole with a new one and get a newset of bulbs?

or is this the wiring?

notice: it will flicker then shut off. but to get itstarted i gotta constantly shut the hid on and off to get it going

Have you tried placing the other bulb into that housing that's cracked. It obviously got a little water damage so your bulb is probably shot, possibly the ballast as well depending where it's mounted.

i had this issue with my audi and it ended up being the bulb.
HID bulbs are so cheap now adays. You might be able to source a complete kit for the cost of bulbs.

Although, on rare occasions I have seen the ballasts to be the problem. From my personal experience, Hella Ballasts are the way to go. A bit pricey but will out live your car. lol
