dynamat vs Second Skin Damplifier

I was wondering which is better? dynamat extreme or Second Skin Damplifier?

Is there anything better than these? I dont want to spend over $100.

for 20 square feet of dynamat i can get for like $56 and for 20 square feet of second skin it is $51. These figures aren't including shipping.

I have crazy rattles in the trunk and the rear dash from my subwoofers. Would 20 square feet be enough to fix these or do i need more?

Im new to this so any help would be appreciated

I just installed fatmat this weekend. Made a huge difference, I bought 65sq off a seller locally for $50, and did the rear deck and some areas in the trunk and probably used 15 sq all said in done. It won't do the entire trunk, but you get some problem areas.

I've used Dynamat Extreme (worked very well but was extremely expensive), FatMat (a lot cheaper and did the job, for the price double layered it), and a product by Element Designs (can not find their website anymore). All worked great. Try and find something like FatMat. Even if you have to double layer it for the amount of material you get compared to the price of Dynamat it is still worth it. 20 sq. ft. should be more than enough to do the deck lid and small sections of the trunk.

i was also considering buying some sort of dynamat type stuff and was wondering when applying it to the doors, am i supposed to install it right over the top of the white plastic covering that is underneath the door panels or remove that and then install it?
