About one year ago I did the DIY DRL write up that's circulated over this forum. However, my designtech drl module has gone bad. I found a seller on Craigslist that had an extra module (since you can't buy online any longer) but this did not fix my problem. I checked my connections so I'm pretty sure that module was bad too.

Has anyone recently purchased a drl module for the 04-06 TL's. If so could you provide the link and was the install similar to this one:

I'm using the Grote 44040. It wires almost exactly like the DesignTech one (just different wire colors) and doesn't dim the DRLs.

Are you sure this module doesn't dim the fogs? Doesn't seem right they would make a module that turns your lights on at 100% strength. Can you provide a pic?

Anyone else have suggestions?
