I drove our new 2007 TL type S yesterday, and all systems seemed to function as normal. This afternoon, I hit the unlock button on the remote, and the drivers seat nor the mirrors moved. I manually adjusted the seat and mirrors back to my preference, and re-set the position. We drove a short distance to our local public library, and this time my remote unlock button adjusted the drivers mirror all the way out, and was not anywhere close to where I had set it.

My wife drives the TL-S to work, and she confirmed that her key did not position the seat or mirrors for her this morning.

I dont know of anything that we could have done to erase the driving position memory settings.
