Driver's seat back keeps popping off.

Has anyone else had issues with the hard plastic back on the driver's seat popping off? This is on an 06 TL MT w/NAV. If so, is there an easy way to fix it other than taking it to the dealer?

Take it to the dealer, there is a TSB for this

bringing this back from the dead I know, but I'm going nuts. Any idea if there is a TSB for 2nd gen TL's? I have an 01.
