my driver side mirror clicks when it tilts down or adjusts if i hit memory seat setting number 2 anyone know why it clicks my passenger side doesn't do that just my driver side?

 

It is just one of those "3rd Gen TL Things" that we live with until they quit altogether. I had both my actuators and mirrors replaced under warranty and my mirrors click again. I found that if I run them through the full range of movement it gets better. I might take one apart some day to figure out what is going on in there once and for all.
