Hey everyone,

I encountered an issue this morning with my 08 5AT w/ Nav. I went to unlock and open my driver side door but when I unlocked the door the car unlocked them all and the driver's lock seemed to hang for a brief second and all 4 doors immediately lock themselves again. The drivers door handle (inside) now is off it's normal resting place by a cm or two, and the only way I can enter or exit the car is by attempting to open a non-driver door the immediate second they become unlocked as they lock themselves immediately after.

I've tried manipulating the locks using my key fob, all buttons inside the car, and my key in the driver door lock. The same result happens from each of them. I did a bit of googling around but was unable to find a similar issue.

Anyone have an idea of what to try or have experience with this?

 

Sounds like there an issue with the drive'rs door master lock switch.
