Ok this is a huge fail, and I don't know how or what I did but I installed moleskin the other day on my doors and today as my brother got out of the back left door it wouldnt open even though it was unlocked. It was open perfectly fine from the outside and no my child lock is not on, I checked like 6 times. But what could I have messed up that could have caused this? Hopefully this is an easy fix...

 

did u put the hooks back onto the door handle ... i know that sounds so unclear. but there are hooks that attach to the back of the door handle on the inside. so if those came off, it wont open the door

 

There is a plastic clip that holds the cable in place. You probably need to remove the panel and reattach it. Pics and details in this thread:
